- Diagnosing, treating & maintaining people with HIV/AIDS
- Hospitalizing anyone in need of more intensive treatment
- Treatment for wasting syndromes and failures to thrive
- Annual tuberculosis screening (a PPD test)
- Treatment for latent tuberculosis (a "+" PPD)
- Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) for needle sticks, injury or risky sexual encounters (i.e. providing Anti-retrovirals and antibiotics)
- Routine adult vaccinations series clinics (i.e. Hep A/B)
- HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) Vaccination clinics
- Travel/Tropical vaccinations clinics (for foreign country travel)
- Long term following immune markers for infection (i.e. CD4, HIV RNA VL, Syphilis)
- Blood work (always drawn in my office and sent out)
- Diagnosing and treating all sexually transmitted diseases
- Treatment of all forms of hepatitis (A, B, C, D, E)
- Cryo-treatment (i.e. liquid nitrogen) of all forms of warts (i.e. genital / oral / anal / and other body dermatologic sites)
- Surgical drainage of large collections and abscesses
- Routine intramuscular injections (i.e. B12)
- Referral service to trained specialists that I know & trust
- Routine well visits, physicals etc.
- Co-ordination of health care offered to all HIV patients
